Reservation rooms rules for walk in booking - must give deposit RM50/room/day. Reservation rooms for telephone booking - any cancelation must do a week before check in date or 3 days before. On peak season (Public Holiday and School Holiday) must bank in deposit RM50 room per day through hotel account bank and fax/email the bank in slip for our reference.
