Employees or Head of Department (HOD) could apply for working overtime via E-HR. The OT Application shall go through multilevel approval route, and link to attendance to generate OT claims. Flexible and multilevel OT approval routes could be set in the system. Superior will be notified via e-mail for the OT approval. It will then be updated to the attendance once all superiors have approved the OT Application. |
